Refund Policy

We will happily provide an exchange where you have changed your mind about a product purchased from Uvanegra provided that the product:

• is returned to us with a receipt within 21 days of purchase;
• is in its original condition, including with packaging; and
• is not a perishable product

To make your claim, please contact us at [email protected] or (02) 9557 6917, Monday to Saturday from 9.30am to 4.30pm. Our friendly staff will be very happy to help you. In case of broken/damaged goods, we require you to send us a photo of the damaged good, for our own quality control.
