Description
Jeropiga ABC is a traditional Portuguese alcoholic drink. A grape juice liqueur which is very elegant, filled with sweet berries aromas and caramelized ripe fruit flavours, wild flower's fragrances, and a sweet and soft structure.
Winemaking:
It is produced with the white grape's fresh juices, fresh musts, fortified with the adding of Portuguese aguardente, and aged in used's oak barrels for 3 months, making a sweeter and more alcoholic drink than wine.
