From our reserves of São Domingos Very Old Spirit we have selected 6 barrels we bottled in porcelain vases numbered from 1 to 5.000. The ageing process of this particular batch occurred in our cellars in 20 Limousin oak barrels. We later selected 6 which presented the best characteristics and proceeded to bottling in these distinct containers.
5000 Produced Only. Each bottle is numbered.
Taste Notes
Dense colour and singular bouquet, toasted notes, nuts and soft balsamic in a extreme elegant style. Good complexity in mouth, full of character given by the quality wood notes very soft and long final.
Maturation
10 years in French Limousin oak.
Serving
Perfect to drink simple, as a digestive, and accompanied by dark chocolate.
